Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy – DermaDeluxe
At DermaDeluxe, your time and mine are both valuable. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for all clients, please review our updated policy:
⏰ Cancellations & Reschedules
All cancellations and rescheduling must be done online with at least 48 hours' notice. Changes made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service.
🚫 No Shows & Same-Day Cancellations
Clients who do not show up for their appointment or cancel on the same day will be charged 100% of the service total.
⏳ Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and your card will be charged 100% of the service fee.
🔁 Excessive Rescheduling
Clients who reschedule three times in a row may be restricted from booking future appointments through our online system.
